"Well, glad we've got that all sorted out, then!" Rose sounds totally cheerful now, apparently thinking that the issues are over and done with. They're talking about it later, which means now, everything must be okay, right? That seems to be the attitude she's striking. Either she's trying to lighten the mood, or she's really bad at reading social situations and the underlying tension still there. Possibly a little of both.

She holds her arm out for the doctor to scan, watching curiously as he hovers the tool over the cut. "Hmmm... What is that thing, exactly? I don't think I've ever seen something like it before. Though, I've never exactly had to deal with any doctors before, either."
