Wash may have spent most of his time waiting drifting in and out of consciousness. He was too damn tired to be fully awake, and trying to keep the balance between wakefulness and full sleep kept enough of his concentration to keep his mind off other thoughts, away from memories of carousel elephants drenched in darkness and but the Ag-ent looks so tired and shadows tearing through his armor into his body-

And now Greg was here, and Wash was just coming off the edges of panic. Great. He took a moment to steady his breathing before replying to that knock. "Door's open." It was the lazy option, sure, but right now he wasn't sure whether his legs would support him.
